Thank you for booking with Katie Young Photography. By booking with Katie Young Photography/ katieyoungphotography.pixieset.com, you accept the Terms of Sale set forth below. Please read through them thoroughly. These items may be updated at any time; please check back for updates. Contact Katie directly with any questions.
If the client is more than 15 minutes late to the session, the photographer has the right to cancel.
If the session is cancelled due to the client being late, the client will pay a $75 fee to get back on the books.
If the client is a no-call/no-show, they will be dismissed as a client for KatieYoung Photography and they forfeit any monies paid.
The contract must be signed and the deposit must be paid in order to get in the books. Failure to do either or both will result in no appointment.
The deposit must be paid to secure a spot, but the session must be paid in full 24 hours before the session date.
Proof galleries are delivered 2-3 weeks after the session. Often times, they are delivered sooner, but there is no guarantee. Rush fees start at $150 depending on when photos are needed.
If anyone is sick before the session, please let Katie Young Photography know. There will be no penalties for rescheduling.
Please communicate. If there is anything concerning you before our session date, reach out. I am flexible and I’m able to work with my clients but there HAS to be communication.
If you’re looking for a photographer who will throw you on their books and leave you alone and never speak to you again, I am not the one for you :)
Terms of Sale
Please note that by purchasing prints and/or other physical products from Katie Young Photography, you are licensed to use the images for limited personal use only. Unless your session fee or your purchase includes a digital files download and an accompanying personal use release, you are not licensed to create digital copies of your images or print copies of them elsewhere.
By placing an order at katieyoungphotography.pixieset.com , a customer has agreed to the terms and conditions of the sale as indicated on this website. By placing an order at katieyoungphotography.pixieset.com, a customer has agreed to the total dollar amount of the sale, and authorized Katie Young to collect payment via the payment method the customer specified. Katie Young reserves the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time.
